Is it possible to customize the layout (font, size) on these two headings individually? I've not been able to do this in the widget. If I change size and font in the Heading Font Style section of the widget both headings are adjusted accordingly.

Unfortunately, the image isn't showing up so I can't tell what you are referring to.  How about trying the screenr "Record a Screencast" button above and showing me what you want that way.

Yes, I understand what you are trying to achieve.  The screenr was very helpful.  

You need to customize the Product Display Widget template.  The problem is that the template makes all product titles h3 tags.  You want to change that to something else.  I do that in this video - http://www.byobwebsite.com/02/…..ay-widget/
