Rick,
I'm a registered user (tjwashington) of your site.  I think your site is a GREAT resource for someone like me and I will definitely refer others to it.  I found your site trying to troubleshot a WordPress issue I'm having.  I recently applied the WordPress v.3.3.1 upgrade to my company's site http://www.mercyforme.org.  I'm using the WP Unique Article Header Image (UAHI)  v1.0 plug-in which is now broken because of the WP v3.3.1 upgrade.  I need to modify the WordPress code to change the image src path to fix the broken image links.  Can you assist with troubleshooting the WP code or provide an alternative to the UAHI plug-in.
Please note, I'm not asking you to fix the site, I just need assistance in reviewing and updating the WP code.  Any advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

It's tough, there isn't an easy answer to this.  The plugin is an antique.  It hasn't been updated in nearly 4 years and can't be found by searching for it in the WordPress repository.

I've looked through the code and it uses a system for uploading the header image that is no longer valid (it's a security risk).  The plugin needs to be rewritten entirely in order to work with 3.3.1

This is something you can do with my header widgets plugin or header layout plugin and the Display Widgets plugin.  Essentially you create a widget area, insert the image using a text widget and then use Display Widgets to choose which widget displays on which pages.

It does offer an interesting opportunity to expand one of my plugins.
