The next thing that we’re going to do is add more email accounts to your new domain. That is, add more email addresses because chances are you may have one or two employees or partners or people working with you who would benefit from having an email address with your business name in it. Go to our email account — actually let’s go back to our CPanel in BlueHost for a second. You can see that you are allowed up to 2500 email accounts and we’ve just created one. If you select this Email Account again you can now say, add email@example.com. You can generate a password — let’s click “Generate” and see what happens. Okay there’s something that it thinks is a very strong password. Let’s just go ahead and say “Use that password.”
Close. Create. And now you have two email addresses set up. You can just go through that process every time you want to add a new email address.
We have set up and configured our email. We have set up an email account. We have configured that email account with Gmail and with Outlook 2003, so either of those two email clients will collect this mail automatically. And we’ve learned how to set up additional email accounts for other people.
