I tried to upload the BYOB Maintenance Mode skin to a new site and the install failed 🙁

I received an error message that said the install failed because "The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet"

I double checked and downloaded the zip file from your site and tried again and still received the same error message.

How do I fix this so I can install the Maintenance Mode skin?
