I have been going through the Thesis Child Theme/responsive course again. While I get all the individual steps covered in the course, I think I have lost the big picture.

If I have an existing basic Thesis website, 2 columns and page framework, that I would like to make responsive, what is the approach to take?

You would just add the responsive elements.  Which means:

1. The extra meta to the head

2. The CSS Media Queries

All the rest of the class is about creating a child theme with various intermediate and advanced programming concepts.

Rick - can you enlarge a bit on points 1 and 2?

e.g. how?

This is a stupendous series and perhaps can form the basis for a couple more implementation lessons.

I agree that this would make a good seminar.

Points 1 & 2 are essentially Lesson 4

Thank you for the reply. A seminar like that would certainly be very helpful.
