I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong with regards to posting questions. I have posted several questions that don't seem to generate the responsiveness that I once enjoyed. There are several outstanding for almost a month (or about that). I've sent Rick 2 personal emails to learn if I'm doing something incorrect protocol-wise and left one phone message. Again, no replies. I thought maybe time of year but considering the time line now and frequency of inquiry I would have expected that I would have heard something back, even if it was just a, "Hey, it's the holiday season, give us a break, things will be back to normal level of expected service by . . ." But, radio silence across the board. I thought maybe something of a personal nature as well may be impacting Rick and if so, I'd just like to know one way or another as I'd like to make some progress on my site as planned or put things on hold accordingly if there are unforeseen circumstances impacting my membership. For what it's worth, I purchased a life time memberships some time back.

Patient? I feel that at this point without elaboration as to why I should further my patience, that is an unfair request. As mentioned, after investing $850 for a lifetime membership, I've posted questions closing on a month old, personal emails to Rick, a phone call to Rick, several forum appeals to Rick; without a response. With all due respect, I believe I have been the model of patience and for that matter, respect.
Another month of "patience" under my belt, nothing but a notice that Rick is not dead and maybe carpal tunnel syndrome has shut him down in a manner previously unknown to medical science and a promise that he would be back imminently in a week, (about 3 weeks ago.)
I want my money back.

While I'm not upset about this yet and understand that nasty things can befall any of us - it would be nice to know what's happening with Rick. Pierre, if you have any ability to get in touch with him and to let us know, it would be greatly appreciated. I hope he is ok.... he has been an amazing help in the past and I *know* that he'd be here if he could.
There has been a sea-change with Thesis/Focus and as such, I would like to know what will happen with Agility going forward, as I have a lot of sites running it right now. Everything is still working, but for site redesigns in the near future, I need to decide what to do. Without actually buying Focus and taking it out for a spin, it's rather difficult to assess whether or not it would be useful to me, so I find myself wondering which way to go. Stick with Agility (which I love) and hope Rick continues to develop it, or...? I really don't want to go back to the level of hand-coding I seemed to have had to do with Classic Responsive and I suspect Focus is not that different. Chris seems very focused (pardon the pun) on very stripped down websites, which is fine but not what everyone needs or wants.

I never received a response directly from Rick, but his wife send this to me on January 14 :
Hi, Pierre. Rick will probably be getting in touch with you later this week and will go back to working on byobwebsite very soon. The last few months have been difficult but we should be returning to normal soon.
I'm sorry for the lack of clarity. I'd just rather that Rick explain more to you but he will be back.
That's all I know presently.
Pierre ( postrophe )
