Site: http://www.goatmilksoap.co.nz

Latest version of WordPress

Was using Agility 2.2.2, have since upgraded to latest 3.2.

No content will display. Seems to be a Thesis problem.

Can someone help?

Can you get into the admin side of the site?  If so make sure you upgrade WordPress and Thesis BEFORE you upgrade Agility.

If it is too late - activate Thesis Classic and delete Agility.  Then do your upgrades and try again.

Thanks, Rick. Neil my husband got into all this (trouble), but he says he made sure he upgraded WordPress and Thesis before upgrading Agility. I can get into the admin side no problem. I just activated Thesis Classic and deleted Agility, but the site still doesn't display.

Long before this upgrade, the same website was displaying as normal when I wasn't logged in, but I couldn't see it at all (only the WP bar at the top) if I wasn't logged in, only the admin side. So I was having to view the website on another browser (e.g. Edge instead of Firefox etc.) while I was using the admin side.

Do you have any idea what went wrong?

Regards,
Junko

So then the problem isn't related to Agility.

Hopefully you have a backup you can restore from.

If not -

  1. reinstall WordPress 4.7.2 - if this works - great!
  2. activate a WordPress default theme - if this works, there is something wrong with Thesis
  3. deactivate all plugins - if this works then one of your plugins is broken
