Have you (or anyone else) had any receent contact with Rick Anderson?
I have emailed multiple time and left voice-mail multiple time - both over the last 6-weeks and not getting the courteousy of a response.
Last week their was no opportunity to leave a voice-mail message at his phone number and today when I tried moments ago to call - I got a "European" type ring and then a female European generic auto-answer stating the party was unavailable.
Does anyone know Rick's status? Severe illness or long-term hospitilization? Or worse? I hope not. Rick has been a great resource and I have a Concierge Hosting issue that I sorely need resolved.

Glen, nobody has gotten a response beyond a short email from Rick's wife that Pierre Cote got about a month ago now. He posted that here: https://www.byobwebsite.com/forum/forum-help/forum-responsiveness/ No explanation really - said things would return to normal in the next week or two and that Rick would explain. Neither of those things has happened.
Rick's LinkedIn profile indicates he's now working for Waterfield Technologies - either in Desert Hot Springs, CA or Tulsa. Where that leaves all of us and BYOB is anyone's guess. Not too happy, I'm sure. 🙁
All I can say is that I'm (regretfully) starting to consider other options to Thesis and Agility. Thesis/Focus is not where I want to go, I don't think* - and I'm not sure I want to continue using something that is entirely dependent on the whims and interests (or lack thereof) of ONE person, given this experience. I love Agility - but if it's not going to be supported and developed I can't rely on it, can I? I have about 30 websites for various clients - from non-profit volunteer jobs all the way to a restaurant and retail operations. It's not an emergency, yet, thank goodness - but I have to look down the road and make sure that whatever I do, things don't fall over.
*It may work for some sites I do, if I want to redo them all...which I don't. 😉 But there is still the one-man-band issue...
Like many here, I paid for a lifetime membership and have enjoyed terrific support from Rick over the past couple of years. Until now, that is...
And so we wait - and hope that he shows up to either resume operations or let us know what is happening.
