I'm wondering if this issue is with where the videos are stored, or with my home computer network. I've never seen these messages before.

Yesterday (August 14) I was going through videos with no problem. Today, I've been getting intermittent messages and being knocked out of videos all day. I started on an iPad, and I could not view a single video, even the ones I viewed yesterday. So I went back to my desktop computer. I've made it through some, even though I did get knocked out a few times and had to refresh and restart them. Now I can't get in any of them at all.

The iPad message is "Please reload and try again in a couple of minutes. Video can't be played because of its privacy settings. Please allow you site domain to embed the video in its setting." [The typo was there - I did not type it wrong.]

The computer message is in an attached screen shot. I wanted to get through the Agility series before I went back and dove into the website again. I'm stuck so if I need to call my computer guy to figure this out, I will.

Thanks,

Marcy

Hi

Since I never had problems watching Rick Videos, I will assume the problem is at your end. But most videos are not mobile friendly on my iPad (they dont play). So, I would say that's BYOB fault.

Pierre,

Since both the computer and the iPad worked until yesterday, based on your answer, I'm going to assume it is my end and see what I can do about it.

Also, you've helped me on another forum - I can't remember which one. Nice to see you on this one.

Thanks,

Marcy

Really???? The videos typically won't play on your iPad?  All mobile devices are supposed to be served a mobile friendly, automatically scaling video.

Marcy - this problem is usually due to the expiration time on the video link.  If you bring up a video and wait an hour to begin playing it the original link will be expired and the video won't play (this is not true for mobile devices - only the full HD of the desktop).

Well, for whatever reason, the computer and iPad worked on Monday, did not work on Tuesday, and are working today. Today I've done 2 videos on the computer and one on the iPad. The most logical explanation I can come up with is my ISP was screwy on Tuesday - might as well blame it on them:) Just glad it is working.
