I am working my way through all the videos. They are very well done.

I use Safari or Chrome. I had no problems until the last few sections of lesson 11 and now starting lesson 12. They are very slow to play and choppy. It seems like they play a little and then buffer a little then repeat over and over. I went back to early ones and they view just fine.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Shari

It's probably just a temporary internet slowdown.  The videos are hosted on a high speed video server, I suppose that it may have slowed down as well.  Let me know if it continues.

Hi Rick,

FYI- I have now tried to watch the last few sections of lesson 12 again as well as 13 and 14 and am having similar problems with choppiness. It comes up with messages on the bottom of the screen where it does not seem to finish loading all of the items. I have tried this on 3 different computers (mac and pc) and two different wifis (home and work) at night and daytime on different days. The earlier videos play fine as do the ecommerce ones.

As you might be noticing I really want to see all of the videos because they are so helpful. smile

Shari - which video series are you watching?  I'll send you a link to physically download them but I need to know which ones you are referring to.
