I am working on a way for people to schedule appointments through our website. I tried Microsoft Business Scheduler, which is what is in the site right now: http://dev.ewcpa.com/client-center. There is one embedded, and one that you can click to get on a new page - https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/EckelbergWienshienkPC@ewcpa.com/bookings/. They are using the same calendar.

This one seems clunky to me. It also does not allow specific times to be blocked off unless they are blocked off on the actual Outlook calendar at the office, at least not that I have been able to figure out. So if I don't want any appointments on Tuesday morning, October 2, I need to put an appointment on my calendar for that entire morning, which we don't want to do. The other option is to create a separate calendar, which means double entry on "real" appointments, something we also do not want to do. This needs to make our jobs easier, not harder, at least that is one of the goals along with making it easier for clients to schedule appointments.

So, I'm looking for recommendations for an appointment scheduler for our website that has multiple options for creating free appointment times, integrates with Outlook's calendar, and maybe can be customized for look as well. It certainly does not have to be free if does all we'd like it to do, although free is always nice. (I know Rick's opinion of free).

Thanks,
Marcy
