I had to redo a website because the theme company I had used, and its support, disappeared. After trying a few other themes and being very frustrated, I found BYOB's free account and videos. It was so helpful, and I liked the way Rick taught, that I became a member. I am not very experienced and having Rick and BYOB available for help has be invaluable! Thanks for all your help!

Make sure you backup before upgrading and making changes.
Best results when one question per thread, link to site, version of WP, Thesis and skin.
